Job summary

A global productivity partner for mining is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in Sudbury, Ontario. You will manage customer orders, support sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and logistics coordination. Successful candidates should possess sales experience and strong organizational skills. This role is onsite, requiring collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of related sales experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all orders from customers as well as expediting orders by working closely with the production center.
  • Generate sales through product information and support.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  • Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.

Skills

Strong sense of urgency and task ownership
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Strong phone and active listening skills
Solid organizational and planning abilities
French
