Job summary

Digital Extremes in London, Ontario seeks a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end co-op and internship programs while supporting the Recruitment Manager. You will drive engagement with local colleges and build a strong student community within a fast-paced game studio.

You will travel to surrounding post-secondary schools, manage onboarding and lifecycle activities, and partner with HR to deliver measurable impact while maintaining a human-centered recruitment approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR/Recruitment experience including campus recruitment and tech/gaming operations.
• Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Dayforce), LinkedIn Recruiter, and workspace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office).
• Highly autonomous, able to adapt to shifting priorities and execute with precision.
• Experience generating and presenting recruitment analytics using Dayforce and Greenhouse.
• Energetic, with strong group facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with active studio requisitions by screening applications and sourcing top talent.
• Manage ATS data quality, candidate stages, and pipeline metrics.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications; debrief hiring teams.
• Support campus outreach and recruitment branding, including LinkedIn campaigns.
• Oversee onboarding, check-ins, and end-of-term activities for co-op students.
• Facilitate co-op meetups and student networking to build relationships.
• Serve as central contact for students, leads, and hiring managers; resolve friction.
• Manage relationships with university/college co-op offices and represent the studio at career fairs.
• Track student growth to build a reliable talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Support Recruitment Manager and Director, HR with HR projects as needed.
