Job summary

Sobeys is seeking an Online Specialty Ordering Representative at the Sobeys Corporate Office in Victoria or Calgary. You will take, manage, and execute online orders from retail customers, ensuring satisfaction and upholding our customer-first commitment.

This permanent part-time role requires delivering a high-quality service seven days a week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, and representing Thrifty Foods, Sobeys & Safeway brands with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful team relationships.
• Adaptable and open to coaching; comfortable using basic software and troubleshooting.
• Proven customer service experience or related skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities; able to multi-task.
• Effective time management with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of support center processes.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Specialty Ordering Representative to join our team at the Sobeys Corporate Office in Victoria or Calgary. Reporting to the Manager, National Online Specialty Ordering, you will be responsible for taking, managing, and executing online orders from our retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our “customers & stores first” commitment to quality products and customer service. Online Specialty Ordering operates seven (7) days per week 8:00 am - 4:00pm. This is a Permanent Part-Time role.
