Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the welding industry and 2 years of teaching experience. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, creating training aids, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in repair welding or manufacturing as a certified welder.
• 2 years' experience teaching adults in the last 10 years.
• Certification in welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support on welding and training objectives.
• Monitor and correct unsafe workshop behavior.
• Review and implement training policies at RCEME School.
