Job summary

Cubic Defense seeks an On Site Representative to support planning and training for CWES and UOTS exercises and to coordinate site activities. You will allocate resources, supervise personnel, and instruct operators on CWES/UOTS operations.

The role requires prior military experience, Combat Arms with AAR familiarity, and the ability to analyze training and produce AAR reports. Canadian work rights and security clearance are required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior military experience is required.
• Combat Arms with AAR experience; bilingual in English/French preferred.
• Ability to analyze training and create AAR products.
• Able to multi-task and run multiple systems concurrently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Training audience.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of OA SOPs.
• Assist in training OAs on the CWES/UOTS system.
• Assist in training OCTs on CWES/UOTS system.
• Oversee development of ORBAT for CATS METRIX.
• Attend exercise meetings as required.
• Direct OAs and support OCTs in monitoring events and producing AARs.
• Understudy Senior OSR when needed.
• Coordinate trend analysis.
• Prepare and run UOTS exercises.
• May perform other duties as required.
• Overtime during exercises may be required.
