Randstad Canada is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Scarborough finance team. The role focuses on costing, job order variance analysis, and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment, with on-site work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

1–2 years of accounting analysis or cost accounting experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and address manufacturing job order variances and root causes.
Verify open job orders align with shop floor requirements and schedules.
Audit shop floor time recording against job orders to ensure accurate labor costs.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to resolve discrepancies.
Oversee inventory valuation and BOM accuracy; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Perform month-end reconciliations and cost analysis tied to procurement and production.
