Job summary

Pagnotta Inc. in Kamloops, BC, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our Concrete Division on commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents, coordinating budgets, schedules, and client relations while gaining hands-on experience to grow into a full Project Manager role. This role offers on-site, full-time employment with mentorship, on-the-job training, and opportunities for professional development, including CET,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination in commercial, mixed-use, or multi-family construction.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Engineering Technology preferred.
• PMP or CET certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan/spec analysis to interpret design documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on drawings, pricing, and site instructions.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and change notices.
• Support billing, forecasts, contracts, and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation and procurement tracking.
• Support close-out documents and warranties.
