A leading technology services provider is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to deliver on-site support and maintenance for integrated security systems. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and prior experience in security systems. You will conduct preventive maintenance and manage client relationships while ensuring service excellence in the Ontario region.

Qualifications

• Experience in the security systems field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Standby support is required during weekdays/weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to resolve client issues.
• Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Manage support and maintenance contract renewals.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and address troubleshooting tasks.
