Qualifications

• 2 years required; 3 years preferred of service and repair experience.
• 2 years required; 3 years preferred of diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate on site at customer locations and provide equipment installation and repair.
• Diagnose equipment problems and train employees.
• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for service and repair.
• Ensure items are tagged and calibrated for rental equipment.
• Enter rental and repair orders in system.
• Provide on-site and in-house product demonstrations.
• Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong verbal and written skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Education

High school degree or equivalent

Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations
