• Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Assists in the estimating process.
• Reviews safety requirements, solicits suppliers and subcontractors, helps prepares quantity surveys, and preliminary construction schedules.
• Plans and schedules project timelines and ensures resource availability.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits.
• Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
