Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, retail operations, or tenant services is an asset.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning property systems.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content for social media and website updates.
• Plan and execute community experiences.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding their experience.
• Communicate building updates in a tenant-friendly manner.
• Collect tenant feedback through various methods.
• Build relationships with neighborhood associations and local businesses.
