• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.

• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy: selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing: packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining quality and safety.
• Support Customers and Team Operations: balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assists when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: maintains a clean and safe work area and follows procedures.

• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
