What you’ll do...
  • Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, i.e., no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean and hygienic work area, immediately clean up spills and debris, and keep totes clean and void of debris before packing. Operate material‑handling equipment safely and complete all safety pre‑inspection checks before use. Exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, work conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in completing/adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
