What you’ll do

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensures product quality and order accuracy: selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintains efficient and organized packing: packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Supports customers and team operations: balances fulfilment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards: maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use; operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
