What You’ll Do

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery. Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Select fresh, high‑quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items. Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks. Demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands

• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
