• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders.
• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy.
• Select fresh, high‑quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items.
• Complete all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing.
• Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support Customers and Team Operations.
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and contribute ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
