• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensures Product Quality and Order Accuracy: Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintains Efficient and Organized Packing: Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Supports Customers and Team Operations: Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Physical Demands: Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
