• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders – Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy – Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing – Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support Customers and Team Operations – Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards – Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
