What you'll do...
  1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
  3. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, i.e., no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support, including resolving issues.
  7. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, and operate material handling equipment safely, completing safety checks before use.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, productivity, safety, and quality improvements; demonstrate flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
