Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy construction, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• A demonstrated background in project management and cost control.
• Requires the ability to produce clear, concise, and formally structured financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of the bill of materials.
• Maintain regular contact with client representatives on contract issues.
• Supervise budget and schedule preparation.

Skills

Strong estimating skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to review Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedules

Experience managing construction and operations teams

Education

Undergraduate degree in engineering

PMP Certification preferred
