Job summary

Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Edmonton, AB seeks a Quick Lube Technician to inspect and lubricate customer vehicles, performing light mechanical work such as tire and battery replacement. The role requires reading instructions, accuracy, and a reliable work ethic.

You will conduct oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and communicate findings to the Service Advisor. A valid driver's license and the ability to handle physical tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oil & filter changes.
• Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and related services.
• Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicle and present findings to the Service Advisor.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary.
• Check tire pressure and inflate as needed.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
• Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean.
• Notify the Service Advisor of changes to vehicle appearance or condition.
