Duties :

The Office Services Assistant ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities by delivering high-quality support across mail services, reception and switchboard and administrative functions.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage overflow switchboard calls and direct appropriately
  • Digitally scan and distribute mail documents to relevant teams
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
  • Track postage and registered mail records
  • Welcome and assist visitors and delivery personnel
  • Provide project-based administrative support across departments
  • Inspect and restock printers, meeting rooms and kitchens
  • Request building and / or equipment servicing as needed
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Reception and Operations Support manuals.
  • Maintain kitchen supplies and dishwasher schedule
Requirements
