- Administer policies related to the release of records for information requests.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Perform data entry.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Coach administrative staff.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
