Overview

Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for an Office Marketing Coordinator to join its Regina team to implement and execute the strategic marketing plan and budget, along with various tenant events and property amenities. As a crucial member of a highly engaged team, the Office Marketing Coordinator will provide an exceptional customer service experience while directing all efforts to increase and influence tenant engagement and experience.

Harvard is a full-service real estate management company based in Western Canada, recognized for its reputation and leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance, currently overseeing over 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the social media and digital marketing strategy, curating and creating relevant and engaging content for the tenant app and social networking channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.);
  • Schedule, coordinate and execute various promotional and tenant events;
  • Monitor and report on marketing initiatives and campaigns carried out within the portfolio;
  • Lead and facilitate the use and administration of the conference centre and other common area amenities throughout the portfolio.
  • Assist the Director of Brand and Experience to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the portfolio including promotions, events, and community endeavors that deliver on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, business, public relations or communications;
  • One to two years in marketing, event planning, social media, content creation or community relations, preferably within an advertising agency setting;
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language;
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate ideas, programs and events;
  • Proven negotiation skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good project management and planning skills;
  • Cheerful and friendly disposition;
  • Willingness to learn and take direction;
  • Ability to multitask in a changing work environment;
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines;
  • Flexibility to potentially work varied schedules including evenings as required to facilitate events.
