Office Manager – Peak Improvements (Edmonton, AB)

Do you have a knack for organization, bookkeeping, and keeping people on track?

Peak Improvements, a leading home renovation company in Edmonton, is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Preparing bank deposits, processing accounts payable / receivable.
  • Supporting our bookkeeper with QuickBooks and GST reporting.
  • Assisting project managers with orders, deliveries, and timelines.
  • Posting photos and updates to Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz.
  • Using tools like QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, UDA Construction Online, and Teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in administration or office management.
  • Strong QuickBooks experience (online or desktop would be an asset).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • A positive team player who values accountability and long-term growth.
What We Offer
  • Hourly wage: $22–$30, based on experience.
  • Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM, with some flexibility for hours.
