A service provider in Edmonton is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to implement new procedures, manage office services, and oversee staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and up to 1 year of relevant experience, with strong skills in MS Office and excellent communication. The position is permanent and full-time, offering $36.00 per hour for 35 hours weekly.
Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures. Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Perform data entry. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Monitor and evaluate. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Word.
