Earthscape Play in Wallenstein, ON, is seeking an Office & Corporate Support leader who will serve as a force multiplier for the executive team and keep our headquarters running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of corporate support, office management, and organizational enablement.
You will act as a gatekeeper, soundboard, and driver of internal consistency, with autonomy to anticipate needs, manage sensitive information, and elevate organizational effectiveness across the business.

We’re looking for an Office & Corporate Support - a trusted, proactive leader who will serve as a force multiplier for our executive team and keep our operational headquarters running seamlessly. This role sits at the intersection of corporate support, office management, and organizational enablement. Sitting at the center of business operations, you will act as a critical gatekeeper, soundboard, and driver of internal consistency. While administrative mastery is foundational to this role, we are seeking a seasoned professional who brings high emotional intelligence, flawless discretion, and the autonomy to anticipate needs before they arise.
