Reporting to the Office Manager (Vancouver, Canada), the Operations Coordinator will be the heart of our Vancouver Office. This role will not only be in charge of daily office operations but will act as an ambassador of our culture both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have a passion for bringing people together, a strong project mindset and excellent time management capabilities. In addition, this candidate will be driven and proactive in their approach, willing to assist wherever necessary.

Note: this is an on-site position at our downtown Vancouver office.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors and guests, making them feel welcome.
  • Provide Executive Assistance to our Senior Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the other members of the Facilities Team who support other senior executives to ensure collaboration and teamwork, representing a well-functioning Admin Support group.
  • Supporting daily tasks including: Reception duties, meeting room sweeps & setup, shipping & receiving, expense management etc.
  • Support our on/off boarding processes
  • Coordinate travel for business events when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative projects, supporting all departments.
  • May be asked to perform other duties as required.

  • Proficient with MS Office and Google applications
  • Impeccable organizational and time management capabilities

The base pay range for this position in Canada is CAD 50k - CAD 65k / year + bonus.

Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
