Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Coaching Program Coordinator to support the development and delivery of a provincial coaching program. In this role, you'll collaborate with coaches, and officials to enhance training, certification, and professional development opportunities-ensuring the program runs efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.

  • Pay Rate : $ 21.00 / hour
  • Location : Regina, SK
  • Shift : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
  • Job type : Temporary to permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate and manage the provincial coaching program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with coaches and officials to support training, certification, and professional development.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, evaluations, and development sessions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation related to coaching activities.
  • Assist with the launch and implementation of a new coaching program.
  • Communicate effectively with members via phone and email, offering guidance and support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and opportunities for growth
Qualifications :
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, coaching administration, or a related field.
