Aramark is looking for an Office Coordinator for our food service at the National Bank in Montreal

Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime.

Start Date: Immediately 2025

Only selected candidates who are eligible to work in Canada will be contacted.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Respond to emails promptly and concisely.
  • Manage food service purchase orders.
  • Assist customers with their food service quotes and create quotes for customers as needed.
  • Manage food service deliveries to the floors.
  • Ensure the quality and satisfaction of food service meals.
  • Place orders with certain suppliers online, in collaboration with the chef.
  • Adjust schedules on Kronos each morning.
  • Pay catering invoices on the terminal.
  • Send invoices to customers.
  • Follow up on invoices.
  • Assist with monthly inventory, in collaboration with the chef.
  • Any other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Catering or related experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite an asset.
  • Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrates thoroughness and methodical approach in daily work.
  • Able to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
