Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Job Description

Office Assistant responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing a friendly voice on the phone, and supporting recruiters, clients, and candidates with necessary resources and information to keep the office running smoothly.

What You Will Do
  • Greet candidates and clients in person or by phone with a positive demeanor.
  • Maintain paperwork, files, and onboarding documents (I-9s, W-4s, etc.).
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, tracking candidates in the system, and posting jobs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to stay organized.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks to keep the office functioning, including emails and tidying the workspace.
