Overview

Chiropractic Office Assistant — Tecumseh, ON • Full-Time (Permanent) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35–40 hours / week in office

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join a busy chiropractic wellness practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, holistic healthcare experience. This role blends administrative duties with direct patient interaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in / out patients
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person patient communications
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately using clinic software
  • Process payments and manage inventory of wellness products
  • Prepare daily charts, assist with patient flow, and ensure treatment rooms are ready
  • Manage patient recall programs and follow-up communications
  • Walking patients to care space and consult rooms, may involve stepping on a stool to reach products, etc.
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness and support daily operations
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a healthcare setting
  • Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field - Business Administration / Health Sciences / Human Kinetics / etc.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • High attention to detail with ability to work independently
  • Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in wellness and holistic health
Shift Requirements

Must be available for all rotating shifts (non-negotiable):

  • Days: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Mid-Day: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Closed on all holidays
  • Occasional weekend availability required for special events or staff training
