SOME DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist manager with delegated tasks
  • Assisting clients over the phone & email
  • Some entry of new work orders into computer system
  • Some work ticket preparation for process server
  • Some Document preparation of service jobs
  • Scanning/PDF Prep
  • Postage/Mail
