The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage high volumes of customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage all Accounts Receivable functions, including deposit preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, utilizing excellent phone skills to direct inquiries or assist customers directly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling orders, inquiries, and administrative requests from our trade clients.
  • General office administration duties, filing, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven proficiency and comfort working with office software, email, and billing systems (good with computers).
