A multi-disciplinary engineering firm in Nanaimo is seeking an Office Administrator to handle various administrative tasks including reception duties, document management, and invoicing. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, are detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. The flexible part-time role consists of approximately 24 hours a week and supports a collaborative work environment.

Allnorth is currently looking for an excellent communicator to join our Nanaimo team as our new Office Administrator. Your new role will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, answering phones, managing office supplies, coordination of office events, travel coordination, electronic filing, tracking data for expenses, and vehicle logs. This is a part‑time role with about 24hrs a week.
