Job Title : Office Administrator (On-Site)

Location : Mississauga, ON

Employment Type : Full Time

Compensation : Hourly wage, 40 hours a week

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a luxury car dealership and be confident in handling day-to-day finance, paperwork, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Process finance applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle clerical and administrative duties related to vehicle sales.
  • Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding financing.
  • Prepare contracts, bill of sale, and other dealership documents.
  • Support the sales and management team with office operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a car dealership (an asset).
  • Strong clerical and administrative background.
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and documentation processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and dealership software (DMS experience an asset).
Working Conditions
  • On-site role (some flexibility may be available).
  • Start time: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
