A residential property management company in Ontario is seeking an Office Administrator. You will interface with tenants, manage rental inquiries, and maintain administrative procedures. The ideal candidate should be organized and able to support office staff effectively. A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required. This role involves direct communication with prospective tenants and handling rental applications.

The Office Administrator will interface with tenants, both existing and prospective. The main role is to rent apartments to prospective tenants and maintain administrative procedures and protocols related to the position, while supporting the other office staff as required.
A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required for the position.
