Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer support on the phone and by email.

Responsibilities:
  • answering phone calls and taking messages
  • daily cash reconciliation/balancing
  • bank deposits
  • balancing and documenting monthly finances
  • managing administrative email
  • printing off and managing invoices
  • Picking up and dropping off mail
  • licensing/picking up customer ownerships and plates
  • entering new units into inventory
  • issue month-end statements and outstanding bills to customers
  • manage office supplies
Requirements:
  • accounting experience is very much preferred but not required
  • valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or Administrative Assistant from a recognized college OR equivalent education and/or experience
  • excellent computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs
Details:
  • $22.00 – $26.00 an hour depending on experience
  • full time, 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., weekends off
