Qualifications

Your day-to-day may look like:

  • Provide all-around administrative support to various key General Managers & divisions throughout the organization
  • Provide orientations for new hires
  • Preparation of correspondence, meeting agendas, memos, reports and presentation material as instructed
  • Provide support and assistance in the coordination and communication of team meetings and division events
  • Management and organization of documentation including maintaining an accurate electronic filing system
  • Coordinate purchase of corporate gifts, along with arrangements for venue rentals and catering as required
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Administration
  • Administrative certificate and/or diploma
  • Construction industry experience is considered an asset
