Job summary

A staffing and consulting agency is seeking an experienced Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in Moncton. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of administrative experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include processing documents, updating reports, and providing support for daily operations. The position offers a one-year contract with a salary of $21.00 per hour plus vacation pay.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge about the construction field considered an asset.
  • Clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

  • Process documents such as quotations and correspondence.
  • Update tracking reports.
  • Answer phones and emails, transferring to necessary personnel.
  • Support daily administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for customer service, PO’s, reports, data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About the job
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
  • One-year contract position
  • $21.00 / h + 4% vacation pay, paid out weekly
Requirements
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge about the construction field considered a strong asset
  • Must be comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have a clean criminal record
  • Bilingual in French / English considered a strong asset
Duties include but are not limited to
  • Processing documents such as quotations and correspondence
  • Update tracking reports
  • Answering phone and emails and transferring to necessary personnel
  • Support operations in their daily administrative tasks
  • Responsible for admin tasks- customer service, PO’s, reports, data entry
  • Perform all other duties assigned
