A recruitment agency is seeking an Office Administrator who will be the backbone of a fast-paced team in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to become the backbone of their fast-paced and energetic team .

The successful candidate will bring at least years of broad administrative experience and be comfortable managing a diverse range of responsibilities—from reception and invoicing to preparing quotes and coordinating daily office operations. With a personable nature and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed, you’ll thrive alongside this collaborative team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Acting as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Managing purchase and sales orders, matching invoices, and preparing accurate client quotes and invoices.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and couriers, keeping track of deliveries, and organizing product for upcoming jobs.
  • Maintaining office systems, filing, and records to keep information organized and accessible.
  • Supporting the team with problem-solving, process improvements, and ensuring client needs are met with exceptional service.
Experience
  • years experience in an administrative position is required.
