Job summary

Employer: GS MANN PROFESSIONAL INC.
Location: Calgary, AB T3J 5H2.
Salary: $36.00 per hour (40 hours per week).
Employment type: Permanent, full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries and make reservations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Languages: English.

Personal suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability.
