A leading restoration services company located in Nova Scotia is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will handle various office tasks, provide assistance to customers via phone and email, and support team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry for job billing, and coordinating with other departments. Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are encouraged to apply. Hourly compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00.
SERVPRO is adding to our Office Administraion team:
As part of our office adminstration team, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
This is a role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
