• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset.
• Comfort working in high-interruption, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized office systems and draft tenant notices.
• Manage operational revenues and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
