Job Description

Our client is looking for aOCMTraining Specialist for a 13-month contract.

Start: December 1 st , 2025
End date : December 31 st , 2026 (With renewal option)
Site Location: Montreal
On Site: Remote but available for onsite meetings, and go live
Travel 0-10%
Language: English + French

  • Supports the adoption of new systems and processes by implementing change management and training strategies during major organizational transformations.
  • Required profile: relevant bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in change management/training (SAP/ERP preferred), bilingual English/French SharePoint, PowerBI, LMS, and Articulate 360.
  • Key skills include prioritization under pressure, strong communication, collaboration, data‑driven reporting, planning, and problem‑solving.
  • Change management responsibilities: develop OCM plans, targeted communications, stakeholder and impact analyses, readiness assessments, adoption monitoring, and proactive risk/resistance management.
  • Training & governance responsibilities: coordinate training materials and sessions, support instructional design and translations, maintain documentation and platforms, ensure integration with project plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
