Job summary

Altum Health, a department within the University Health Network, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for our Brampton site. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic disorders, complex cases, and support return-to-work for injured workers, with hand therapy experience a plus.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform cross-site duties as required, and contribute to patient-centered care in a busy workplace injury program offering 37.5 hours/week, days Mon-Fri, with a

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Minimum of two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with work-related injuries and third‑party health care system preferred.
• Strong Return to Work planning skills (desired but not essential).
• WorkWell certification preferred but not essential.
• Experience with report writing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients with orthopedic disorders and chronic pain with hands-on therapy.
• Support recovery and return-to-work reintegration for injured workers.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and other stakeholders.
• Perform cross-site duties and assignments as requested.
• Possibly provide group education sessions.
