Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited or approved university Occupational Therapy program
• Eligible for and maintains licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Manitoba
• Eligible for and maintains membership with the Canadian Occupational Therapy Association
• Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification within the past 12 months as per Prairie Mountain Health policy CPR Training
• Province of Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in assessment, planning, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of OT care.
• Coordinate OT services across community, facility and home care settings.
• Provide leadership and ensure standards of practice and ethics are followed by the team
