Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, or equivalent is required.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapy in Ontario is required.
• Current Membership in either CAOT and/or OSOT is preferred.
• Practice in accordance with COTO standards and code of ethics.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice and care pathways
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage caseload volumes
• Displays strong decision making and problem solving abilities
• Ability to educate and provide clinical supervision to support personnel and students
