A not-for-profit organization in Winnipeg is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an 18-month term to support individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism. The position involves comprehensive assessments, developing treatment interventions, and working collaboratively with clients and families to enhance their quality of life. Qualified candidates must have an accredited Occupational Therapy degree and licensure with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba.
This is a full-time term position for 18 months.

As an active member in Clinical Services, the Occupational Therapist participates in the assessment development and implementation of solutions to improve people's quality of life and increase independence.
This OT position will be working with adults living in the community with the diagnosis of developmental disabilities or Autism. Travelling will be required in Winnipeg and neighbouring Manitoba communities. OT supports a person-centred and family centered approach to service. Consultative services are provided. OT promotes processes which support self-determination and the development of skills and competencies of individuals and care providers. The OT is responsible for the evaluation, effectiveness and efficiency of interventions to ensure outcomes that are positive and beneficial to clients
