Lifemark Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the RTW program in Calgary. You will deliver high-quality assessments and treatments aimed at maximizing function and reducing the impact of workplace injuries.
Join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to education, discharge planning, and evidence-based care across Lifemark’s national network. New grads welcome; drivers license may be required.
Develop your potential. Make a difference.
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well‑being of Canadians? At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference—expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve.
The Lifemark RTW program provides interdisciplinary care for injured workers, in preparation for return to work. Clients are referred from WCB following workplace injuries: both musculoskeletal (e.g., sprains/strains, tendonitis, fractures, dislocations, etc.) and psychological (e.g., post traumatic stress, adjustment disorder, major depressive disorder, etc.)
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality assessment and treatment of injuries, with a goal of improving function, managing symptoms, and reducing the impact of workplace injury on clients’ lives.
The occupational therapist position requires working closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, physiotherapists, kinesiologist, and physicians. There is also plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other occupational therapists.
As one of the largest networks of OTs in the nation, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality, client-centered care across multiple clinics, or specific clinic and community settings.
